The heater assembly was
in pretty tough shape when I removed it from the firewall. True, it
was functional, but the whole inside was rusted as well as the
outside. Plus, there was evidence of coolant leaks around the inlet
and outlet tubes of the heater core. This was a fun project to do
over the winter months and I've included some details of the
restoration of the heater core.
